SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
For guests accommodated in the Crowne Plaza Hotel or Austria Trend Hotel, we will provide regular shuttle bus service between the hotel and the venue of the Forum. Please note that guests accommodated in the Austria Trend Hotel need to get to the Crowne Plaza Hotel that is located in the vicinity. The shuttle bus timetable is as follows:

BMW SHUTTLE SERVICE
If you have requested shuttle service upon your departure, this will be provided by BMW Group Slovakia. Please note that you may be accompanied by other Forum guests in one car.
Arrival: BMW shuttle service includes transport from Vienna airport, Bratislava airport, or from the train and coach station in Bratislava to the hotel you will be accommodated in, on the day of your arrival. Our colleagues will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals terminal, train or coach station with a GLOBSEC logo and will accompany you to your GLOBSEC-branded BMW.
Departure: BMW shuttle service includes transport from the Grand Hotel River Park to Vienna airport, Bratislava airport, or to the train and coach station in Bratislava. Guests accommodated in other hotels than Grand Hotel River Park are advised to use the shuttle bus service in order to arrive to Grand Hotel on time for their departure. Upon your arrival to the Grand Hotel, our colleagues at the BMW Shuttle Service Desk will accompany you to your car.
SIDE EVENTS TRANSPORTATION
GLOBSEC Gala Dinner | GLOBSEC Cocktail | GLOBSEC City Talks | Dinner Sessions: For attendees of these side events, we have arranged bus transport from the Grand Hotel to the respective venues. Departure times of buses are indicated in the conference agenda.
Please note that due to the strict time schedule, buses will wait no more than 5 minutes after the planned departure.
FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
All GLOBSEC participants will have free access to public transport in Bratislava during the conference. From Friday 15 April to Sunday 17 April, your GLOBSEC badge will be valid as a ticket on all buses, trams and trolleybuses in the city.
GLOBSEC GALA DINNER | GLOBSEC COCKTAIL
Please note that entry to the GLOBSEC Cocktail, held on the evening of Friday 15 April, and to the GLOBSEC Gala Dinner, held on the evening of Saturday 16 April is upon separate personal non-transferable invitation only.
If you have been invited to one of the Dinner Sessions, please note that they will be held on the evening of Friday 15 April in an informal setting of selected Bratislava restaurants. Due to logistical reasons and limited capacities of the Dinner Sessions’ venues, we kindly ask you for your understanding, if we cannot accommodate your preference and you are not able to participate in a Dinner Session of your choice. Guests not participating in any Dinner Session are more than welcome to attend Night Owl Sessions held parallelly in the Grand Hotel.
GLOBSEC CITY TALKS
If you wish to participate in this interactive public format held on 15 and 16 April in the L+S Studio, you can use shuttle bus service between the Grand Hotel and Crowne Plaza Hotel that is situated in the vicinity of the L+S Studio. You will find the schedule of all City Talks in the conference agenda.
After your arrival, our colleagues will be happy to register you at the GLOBSEC Registration Desk situated in the lobby of the Grand Hotel. You will be provided with a conference package, which will include the final program, the list of speakers and participants and other related materials. The package will also include separate invitations to the Gala Dinner, GLOBSEC Cocktail and the selected Dinner Session for respective invitees. Please be aware that these invitations are required for entering all Dinner Sessions, the GLOBSEC Gala Dinner as well as the GLOBSEC Cocktail.
Our colleagues at the GLOBSEC Registration Desk will be at your disposal from early morning to late evening during the Forum and will be happy to help you with any questions or inquiries you might have during the Forum.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
We will host a number of coffee breaks in between the panel discussions. Permanent coffee stations are at your disposal on both the conference floor and the lobby of the Grand Hotel for the whole duration of the Forum. Lunches for all participants will be served on Saturday 16 April and Sunday 17 April, both in the foyer on the conference floor and River Bank Restaurant on the ground floor. More information about food and beverages stations can be found in your conference package or in the GLOBSEC mobile app.
Board is also offered at the special evening events which are upon separate invitations (Gala Dinner, GLOBSEC Cocktail, Dinner Sessions). Otherwise, you are more than welcome to enjoy the hospitality of the Lobby Lounge Restaurant located in the lobby of the Grand Hotel. Please note that the hotel will charge you directly for any meals and beverage not mentioned above, as in the case of any other extra services.
COMFORTABLE LIVE STREAMING
Due to the pressure on the capacity of the main conference room and in order to ensure the comfort of all participants, we have prepared additional listening rooms and live streaming at the Grand Hotel. The premises are equipped with LCDs, furnished with comfortable sofas and refreshments outside the main conference room. They are at disposal for participants to allow everyone to enjoy the whole Forum.
ACCESS TO THE MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM
GLOBSEC MOBILE APPLICATION
In order to preserve the nature, we have decided to go green this year. Therefore, instead of a forum brochure all participants have the possibility to download the GLOBSEC 2016 mobile application powered by SpotMe. The app allows you to view the detailed programme as well as the list of confirmed speakers, share your feedback, send messages to other participants, exchange electronic business cards and much more. The app can also be used interactively for voting and posing questions during most of the debates. In case you wish to download the GLOBSEC app, please stop by the Registration Desk where the staff will help you with the process.
Security of our guests is of paramount importance to us. Therefore we kindly ask you to wear your badge at all times when attending GLOBSEC events. Access to the conference floor will only be permitted to those wearing their badge provided by the organisers at the Registration Desk. Please note that the badge is non-transferable and any violation of this policy may result in immediate revoking of participation in GLOBSEC. We also ask for your patience and understanding if and when subjected to a security check upon your arrival to the conference venue. In case of any emergency please inform the nearest organising team member.
