Evgeny Nadorshin currently holds the position of chief economist of PF Capital, Moscow. His responsibilities include economic modelling, forecasting, sector analysis.
Evgeny began his career in 2002 as a consultant at the Economic Expert Group which has had vast experience in policy consulting for different government bodies. In 2003, he moved to a newly created research organization - the Open Economy Institute - where he specialized in monetary policy.
Starting from 2004, Evgeny spent over 6 years working his way at the National Bank "Trust" (investment bank and local important participant of the fixed income market) up from Analyst to Managing Director of the macroeconomic and quantitative analysis and to chief economist.
In 2010-2011 Evgeny headed the Department of Economic and Strategic Research at Jones Lang LaSalle (the leading international consultancy in the field of real estate).
Prior to joining PF Capital he worked as Managing Director/Chief Economist for macroeconomic analysis at AFK "Systema" for more than 3 years and Adviser to the Chairman of the Board/Chief Economist of MTS Bank, Moscow. His primary responsibilities included economic and financial sector analysis, external factor monitoring, modelling.
From 2009 to 2013 he also served as a volunteer economic advisor to the Ministers of Economic Development of Russian Federation.
Evgeny Nadorshin holds a Master of Economics from the Higher School of Economics and the Erasmus University (the Netherlands), and he also holds bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics.
