Job description, responsibilities, and duties:
- Designs and coordinates implementation of GLOBSEC HR strategy within the framework agreed by Top Management
- Accountable for managing all HR activities – recruitment, remuneration (with CFO), performance & reward management, learning & development, succession, and career planning – which are needed to achieve both operational and strategic goals of GLOBSEC
- Provides HR guidance to all functions in developing a motivating and effective organizational environment
- Responsibility for the legislative framework of expats coming to Slovakia- EU and 3 countries. Responsibility for the HR management of branches of the company outside SK, currently Belgium, Austria, and the USA with the possibility of further expansion
- Identifies improvement areas and proposes an action plan to increase employee engagement
- Works with management to plan and implement programs to meet HR requirements supporting short and long-term organization needs
- Drives development planning, talents identification, and management, career and succession planning
- Provides advice to people managers on performance management and identification of training needs within individual development plans
- Helps to drive feedback culture in the organization
- Provides support and guidance on recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Identifies improvement opportunities in HR administration processes
- Oversees personnel administration and provides guidance where needed (i.e. foreign nationals, Labour code, …)
- Responsible for HR departmental budget (planning and controlling)
- Oversees the compensation & benefits structure
- Proposes and coordinates implementation of reward & recognition program

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Management / HR Business partnering
• 1-year experience in Change Management
