Start date: Mid-September 2021
End date: Min. 3 months (possibility of extension)
Description of work, responsibilities and competencies:
  • Assist with administrative and operational duties in relation to the organization of the GLOBSEC Policy Institute initiatives and projects
  • Assist with the day to day management as assigned, including coordination with internal and external actors, attending meetings with partners, taking notes, preparing reports and readouts
  • Help with preparation of materials for GLOBSEC initiatives, including background research, internal notes, conference agendas, invitations, list of invitees, stakeholder mapping, media monitoring, etc
  • Attend relevant online events worldwide
  • Contribute to/write reports, op-eds, articles on relevant subjects for external publishing
Requirements of intern/s:
Education: University education, MA optional
Educational focus/ topic orientation: International affairs, European studies
 Language: 1_ Native English speaker

2_Advanced English (speaking, understanding, writing)

 Computer: Advanced ICT literacy

Knowledge of Canva, Zoom, Share Point, Mailchimp (desirable)

Personality requirements and skills:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including editing skills)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environments
