Start date: Rolling, need-based basis
End date: 6 Months, possibility of paid extension
Description of work, responsibilities and competences:
  • Media monitoring for the bi-weekly newsletter and supporting bi-weekly ‚Energy Portfolio project summaries
  • Growing newsletter database and liaising with the GLOBSEC communications department with the promotion and visibility of programmatic outputs
  • Creating and distributing invitations
  • Following up programmatic webinars and events
  • Taking session notes and writing summaries
  • Contribute to/write reports, op-eds, articles on relevant subjects for external publishing
  • Research project support
Requirements of intern/s:
Education: University education, planned or in-progress MA
Educational focus/ topic orientation: International economics; International relations; Environmental policy
 Language: Advanced English (speaking, understanding, writing)
 Computer: ICT literacy
Personality requirements and skills:
·        Proactive willing to take initiative

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Ability to multitask and prioritize, work independently and under tight deadlines

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

·        Excellent organizational and administrative skills

·        Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environments
