Job description, responsibilities and duties

Social media and Web analytics: Make effective use of different tools (google analytics) to reporting on performance, drafting social media and website reports for our different outputs, performance of the social media posts, videos, website attendance and number of clicks and downloads, updating web site on regular basis, etc.

Social Media management: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube – scheduling content, creation of the publication plan, optimalization, audience relationships and building, social media channels growth, moderation of the comments and messages.

Social media marketing: setting up social media advertising campaigns, evaluation of their performance.

Livestreaming of the organization’s events on our social media channels and the social media channels of our partners.

Managing GLOBSEC’s main website assisted on server-side issues by our IT team, ensuring it’s both up to date and in line with the organization online reputation goals, finding suitable external solutions the organization’s needs in cooperation with the Communications team.

Development and maintenance of online products such as microsites or landing pages to keep up with our different outputs (flagship events, projects, etc.), including onsite and offsite optimalization such as SEO.

University education (Bachelor’s degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English – Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

High level of self-organization, being able to face multitasking without losing track of the different processes

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365

Advanced proficiency with social media tools: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube – Any proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Agorapulse, or Buffer is a plus

Intermediate proficiency with social media and web reporting tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and LinkedIn Page Analytics

Intermediate proficiency with WordPress – proficiency with any other CMS is a plus

Graphic design skills are not required but highly desirable – any proficiency with free graphic design tools is a plus

Video edition skills are a plus
