On October 3, 2016 Euro-Atlantic Center organized the Slovak Security Forum 2016, which ranks as the second biggest security conference in Slovakia based on the number of participants and which annually opens the new diplomatic season.
Daniel Milo, Senior Research Fellow at the GLOBSEC Policy Institute, participated at the panel Extremism, radicalism and paramilitary units in Slovakia. Daniel Milo spoke about fighting extremism and propaganda, which fuels it. The panel was chaired by Radovan Bránik, an investigative journalist at týždeň.sk.
Daniel Milo also participated at the Slovak Forum Against Propaganda, an side event of the Slovak Security Forum 2016, where he presented the outcomes of the latest GLOBSEC Trends: Central Europe under the fire of propaganda report and other activities of Strategic Communication pillar of GLOBSEC Policy Institute.
