Anushka Kaushik is a Research Fellow with the Cyber Resilience Program at the GLOBSEC Policy Institute.
She graduated with a Masters in International Security from Sciences Po, Paris where her focus was cyber strategies and defence and security economics. During her studies, she concentrated on digital networks, information privacy, and attribution in cyber-attacks with an emphasis on geopolitics and broader policy implications.
Prior to joining GLOBSEC, Anushka worked on data protection policies and internet governance at the International Chamber of Commerce and was a Research Associate at the Centre des Recherches Internationales (CERI) where she explored the politics of epistemic vulnerabilities in nuclear security research. She has worked with the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology in New Delhi, focusing on the e-Governance campaign of the Indian government.
Anushka also has a background in journalism, having obtained her BA from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi where she undertook projects analyzing media discourse on ongoing conflicts.
