Alena Kudzko is Deputy Research Director at the GLOBSEC Policy Institute think tank in Bratislava. She currently focuses on EU affairs, migration, European security, and Eastern Europe. Before joining GLOBSEC, she worked for various NGOs and educational institutions in Belarus, Estonia, and Hungary in the area of foreign affairs, democratization, civil society movements, and community development. Alena graduated from Central European University in Budapest with a Master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies. She previous studied international politics, languages and music at California State University, Bakersfield, Belarusian State University in Minsk, and the Estonian School of Diplomacy in Tallinn.
