Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka graduated from economic universities with majors in corporate finance management and completed the Advance Leadership Programme at the ICAN Institute of the Harvard Business Review.

Ms. Daszyńska-Muzyczka joined the Bank Zachodni WBK Group in 1994 and initially worked in the branch office section. From 2000 to 2005 she was in charge of the implementation of several strategic projects, including the New Branch Office Model and Minibank 24, and was responsible for the restructuring/optimisation of the branch office network. Between 2005 and 2007 Ms.  Daszyńska-Muzyczka was Head of the Real Estate Department before becoming Head of the Logistics and Real Estate Area. From 2008 to 2013, she was first a member and then chairman of the Supervisory Board of BZWBK Nieruchomości. Ms. Daszyńska-Muzyczka joined the Business Partnership Division of BZWBK in 2012, where she oversaw the organisational culture transformation project for the Retail – New Generation Bank. Between 2014 and 2015, she was BZ WEBK’s Head of the HR Partnership Area and currently serves as a member of the Management Board responsible for Business Partnership Division.
