Pavol Baboš is an assistant professor at the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Arts of the Comenius University in Bratislava. He teaches courses focused on methodology, economics, and argumentation. His research interests are electoral behaviour, Euroscepticism and political economy of Central Eastern Europe. In recent years Pavol has been involved in several national and international research projects focused on the given topics. He regularly publishes in international scientific journals; the most recent article presents experimental findings on the effects of televised political debates. He has been a member of the Society for Advanced Studies of Socio-Economics, as well as the ECPR Political Psychology Standing Group. In the past Pavol Baboš held several invited lectures (in Antwerp, Tokyo or Budapest), and in 2016 he spent seven months at the Slavic Research Centre, Hokkaido University, Japan as a guest researcher.
