Roy Perticucci is Vice President of Amazon Customer Fulfillment EU, a pan-European organization that employs about 30,000 people outside of the Peak season.  He is responsible for world-class fulfillment, supply chain and transportation across the continent.  Roy also leads engineering, construction, procurement, and facilities management functions.  

Roy held senior operational and commercial roles with several traditional and internet-based retailers before joining Amazon in 2013. Roy began his career as a software developer with Accenture in Milan (Italy), and as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Munich (Germany). He joined Tesco in the United Kingdom as Operations Director in 2000, where he launched several successful direct businesses including the (Grocery Home shopping), (Tesco’s ISP), and the Wine Warehouse. Subsequent career moves include Group Director for Commercial Operations for Dixon’s Store Group and General Manager at Ahold eCommerce (Netherlands).

Roy holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia (USA) and an AB from Occidental College in Los Angeles, (USA) and is fluent in English, Italian, and German and conversant in Spanish.

Roy, his wife Kathleen and their four children live in Luxembourg.
