Muriel Domenach

Ambassador Muriel Domenach now serves at the Cour des Comptes, France’s Supreme Audit Institution. She was the permanent representative of the French delegation to NATO from summer 2019 to summer 2024. Before that, she served at the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, at the Permanent Representation of France to NATO, as Deputy Director of the Policy Planning Staff, as the Consul General of France in Istanbul and as the Secretary General of Interagency Committee for the Prevention of Crime and Radicalization.
She is now seconded to the Cour des Comptes (supreme & independent body for audit) as a judge.
She is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po), and the French National School of Administration (ENA). She also attended the College of Europe in Brugge and was an exchange student at Brown University.
