Nikoleta Nemečkayová

Communications Manager

Nikoleta Nemečkayová is a communications manager and research assistant at the Centre for Democracy and Resilience in GLOBSEC.

She manages GLOBSEC’s website and social media and participates in research activities, including media and social media monitoring, data analysis, and reporting. Besides GLOBSEC, she works as an analyst and project coordinator for Association for International Affairs (AMO).

Previously, she worked as an analyst and editor at Infosecurity. Her duties there consisted mainly in information space monitoring, fact-checking, debunking, and reporting. She also worked on joint projects focused on pro-Russian organisations in Slovakia and their financing and pro-Russian narratives spread on Telegram with the Investigative Centre of Ján Kuciak. Prior to Infosecurity, she was a research fellow for the Kremlin Watch programme at European Values Centre for Security Policy. Her main tasks included monitoring of the information space in Central and Eastern European countries and identifying emerging pro-Russian narratives. Nikoleta holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Translation and Interpreting from Masaryk University in Brno, Czechia.
