Vladislava Gubalova
Senior Research Fellow, Centre for Global Europe
Vladislava Gubalova is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Global Europe, part of the GLOBSEC Policy Institute. Her current research focus is on European foreign policy, European integration, future of Europe as well as the Central and Eastern European region and its place in the EU.
In addition, Vladislava implements projects related to citizens engagement and participatory democracy and coordinates GLOBSEC’s CEE Her Initiative. She has an extensive experience in preparing and implementing European grants.
Vladislava holds a PhD in Philosophy (Political Science) from Southern Illinois University and prior to joining GLOBSEC, she was a visiting lecturer at several universities and colleges in the U.S.
