As an exclusive annual gathering, the GLOBSEC Château Béla Central European Strategic Forum provides a unique platform for structured dialogue, where policymakers, thinkers, non-governmental representatives, corporate representatives and elected officials from multiple fields and countries gather to discuss current pressing challenges, ideas and solutions. The Forum includes informal fire-side debates, dinner and lunch discussions, several thematic breakout sessions and bilateral as well as multilateral meetings. A smaller number of guests, and the overall informal atmosphere of the venue combined with the Chatham House Rules applying during the event ensure very open and vigorous debates.

Every year the GLOBSEC Château Béla Central European Strategic Forum brings together leading political representatives, key decision-makers, experts from influential think tanks and academia who significantly contribute to developments in international affairs. Over the years, the list of guests has included Miroslav Lajčák, Ivan Korčok, Jaroslav Naď, Gen. John Allen, Anne Applebaum, Radek Sikorski, Sec. Michael Chertoff, Martina Larkin, Laura Rosenberger, Philippe Étienne, Alina Polyakova, Kurt Volker and many others.
