GLOBSEC, a leading European independent think-tank with global outreach, is proud to announce that Oscar Sanz-Paris, a Castille Capital Managing Principal, has been appointed GLOBSEC’s Ambassador for the Financial Services Sector in the US, based in Washington D.C.
Commenting on Mr. Sanz-Paris’ appointment, Róbert Vass, President of GLOBSEC, said: “As our first Ambassador appointed in the United States, Mr. Sanz-Paris will bring to bear his investment and capital markets knowledge, as well as his experience in emerging markets, energy sector and FinTech, where he has been the co-founder of several ventures.”

Oscar Sanz-Paris’ experience spans over two decades in the finance and banking industry. He is the founder and CEO of Castille Capital, an Advisory and Asset Management Firm focused on Fin-tech, private credit, infrastructure and energy investments in emerging markets. Previously, Mr Sanz-Paris held senior positions at UBS Investment Bank, Credit Suisse and JPMorgan.
