The GLOBSEC Vulnerability Index 2021 is here!

The GLOBSEC Vulnerability Index, measuring vulnerability towards foreign influence in eight countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans region: Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia is here!
On a 0-100 scale, where 0 is the most resilient and 100 the most vulnerable, the Index assesses 5 key dimensions: public attitudes, political landscape, public administration, information landscape, and civic and academic space, with a particular focus directed towards the Kremlin’s and Beijing’s activities.
The Vulnerability Index consists of the full Vulnerability Index Report, Country reports and Extended Methodology – you can find it here.
Also, check our brand new website and explore the Index further on vulnerabilityindex.org.
The Index is the result of a two-year project supported by the U.S. Department of State’s Global Engagement Center.
